TERMS OF SALE
1. After payment methods are satisfied, coins will be shipped registered insured mail. Sales are final fifteen days after you receive the coins. Coins may return anytime for any reason during the fifteen day period.
2. Sales tax will be added to New York State Residents cost.
3. New York is considered the location for all transactions under New York State and Suffolk Country
4. All grading terms are the opinion of NCE and not an attribution. Descriptions vary among experts and so no warranty is expressed or implied regarding the descriptions..
5. Grading: Refer to the Sheldon Grading Scale. NCE grades its coins conservatively according to ANA guidelines.
6. Liquidation: You may sell coins back to NCE at anytime providing the coins have not been damaged. We guarantee to make an offer based on current dealer market at the grade we originally assigned each coin.
7. As with any investment, NCE cannot guarantee the future price of any coins sold.
